We encourage all front desk staff members to familiarize themselves with these policies. 

1. Service Dogs

Service dogs are welcome in our medical facility to aid patients with disabilities. Please refer to the attached policy for details.

2. No Show Policy

Houston Medical enforces a no-show policy to maintain operational efficiency, enhance patient care, and ensure fair access to services for all patients. Refer to the policy for further guidance on handling no-show appointments.

3. No Show Patient Form

Any patient who misses their appointment is required to visit one of our facilities in person. During this visit, they must sign an acknowledgment form of our HMI no-show policy and provide a deposit of $100.
