HMI is a dominant outpatient imaging center in the Houston market. Strengths include superb radiologist, state-of-the-art imaging equipment and world class RIS/PACS solutions.

Management Team

Allow me to introduce our esteemed management team. Comprising experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds, our management team is dedicated to steering our organization towards success. General Manager: Diego Roldan (832) 715-6761

Diego Roldan, General Manager, develops and implements all policies and procedures regarding operations and staffing for Houston Medical Imaging. Diego works exclusively with our IT department to ensure our software is working efficiently. In all areas of the company, Diego is responsible for all department quality standards, handling any challenges to meet radiology requirements and provide optimal customer service to our community of physicians and patients.

Silvia plays a vital role as the office manager overseeing administrative operations and departments like the front desk and medical records. Silvia also collaborates with the IT department to optimize technology integration for efficient management of radiological data and patient information.  

Patient Service Manager: Carlena Blanco (346) 656-0186

Carlena leads our scheduling and research department as patient services manager, she serves as a crucial liaison connecting with site managers, clinical research Coordinators, and physicians, forming a vital bridge that ensures smooth flow of communication and operations.

Nuclear Medicine Director: Zaki Adem (713) 702-4708

Zaki assumes a dual role within our organization, serving as the Radiation Safety Officer and Nuclear Medicine Director, leading our nuclear medicine department. In addition to that he holds a prominent position as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Clinical Director for the Shepherd location: Suja Lukose (713) 204-9981

Suja, leads the Shepherd location as the onsite clinical manager while also holding a top-tier position as the MRI technologist, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while managing the administrative and operational aspects of the clinical environment.

Clinical Director for the Pearland location: Ada Vasquez (832) 646-4129

Ada, leads the Pearland location as the onsite clinical manager while also holding a top-tier position as a Sonographer technologist, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while managing the administrative and operational aspects of the clinical environment.

Clinical Director for the Heights location: Russel Hernandez (713) 820-0861

Russel leads the Heights location as the onsite clinical manager while also holding a position as an MRI technologist, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while managing the administrative and operational aspects of the clinical environment.

Chief Technologist and Clinical Director for the Campbell location: Kim Bridwell (281) 704-0506

Kim leads the Campbell location as the onsite clinical manager and serves as the Chief Technologist. In this role, she oversees regulatory compliance and organizational goals. Additionally, she holds a top-tier position as a CT Technologist, ensuring exceptional patient care while managing administrative and operational aspects of the clinical environment.

Erika leads the Breast Center as the director, overseeing all aspects of breast imaging services and programs. She develops and implements policies and procedures related to breast health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Tabatha leads the marketing team and is responsible for all marketing, advertising, social media and leading our marketing team.

Revenue Cycle Manager: Julie Roman (713) 836-2797

Julie leads the billing department, devising a system aimed at maximizing Houston Medical Imaging’s prompt receipt of full payment for services rendered. She enhances efficiency by refining medical coding and billing procedures, resulting in smoother daily operations.

Information Technology Director: Zeljko Lazarevic  

Ze oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our technology infrastructure and resources. Ze ensures that IT initiatives are aligned with our business goals, leading the IT department in critical areas such as network security, software development, system administration, and IT support. Ze empowers the IT team with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in today’s dynamic landscape, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization. 

Houston Medical Imaging IT Support team

Each day, IT support personnel tackle challenges concerning computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity. They respond to user queries and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. Tasks may include aiding users with software installations, resetting passwords, configuring emails, and handling routine duties. Their goal is to reduce downtime, enhance system performance, and offer dependable technical aid to ensure seamless organizational operations.
